Day of Package
The Day of Coordination Package is available to ensure that your Big Day goes just as you dreamed!

The Package Includes:
*An Initial Consultation- to understand needs, budget & style of wedding

*One Follow Up Meeting
 (1 month prior to event)
*Phone confirmation to all vendors
*Rehearsal oversight - church/site      
(If Needed)
Wedding day oversight:
*Ensure that ceremony and reception plans are executed
*Distribute any final payments to vendors
*Distribute Flowers to wedding party
*Check floor plan for proper placement of head table, guest tables, cake table, and gift table along with linens and other décor
*Ensure that gifts and cake top are being      transported to bride and groom’s home after the reception
Complete Event Coordination
